Biking and Mobile Film-Making

I have been experimenting recently with mobile film-making.  I wanted to make use of this new skill to film my bike rides. So I searched the internet and I came to discover this free mobile app called SPLICE and it really blow me away.

The app is easy to use. It makes so easy to create professional looking videos on your iPhone. Splice allows you to trim, crop, put effects and titles, control speed, animate and introduce transitions in your video. It has also a huge library of royalty-free music and most of all, you can add narration to your videos. Unfortunately, the app is available only at the moment for iOS users. Here’s hoping that they will make it available for Android users too very soon.

So today while the rains have finally stopped after almost a week of no letting up, I took my trusty Trinx KA2016D folding bike and biked away. I took several footage of my ride to edit in Splice.

Here is a sample video filmed and edited entirely on my iPhone 7S mobile phone using Splice. Check it out and let me know what you think at the comments section below.
